We typically ship on the day we receive your order, if the order has been received before 3:00 PM
Monday- Saturday we will ship on that day.
Orders received after 3:PM (PST) we will ship the following business day.
We ship using USPS and on average depending on what part of the country we are shipping to, you
will receive your package 2-5 business days from the time we ship your products.
All orders are tracked and guaranteed with our money back guarantee if we are not successful in
getting your package to you.
We will provide you a tracking number upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours after
placing your order.
What If I Don’t Get My Package?
We will back you with a free reshipment or perhaps a refund if you don’t receive your package within
14 days and we are not able to locate your package. Please allow us 5 days to investigate the
situation.
If we see that your package was delivered on our end and you haven’t received it, please talk to your
housemates, property management, neighbors or anyone that may have taken your package and has
forgotten to tell you.
If you still have not received your package after exhausting all means, please contact our support and
we will try to resolve the issue
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages if the correct address was not entered when
placing your order.
Can I Change My Ship To Address After Placing My Order
The answer is yes if we haven’t already shipped your product. We typically ship rather quickly, so we
suggest that you contact us right away.
If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is no way for us to stop the shipment.
